Organic, Medium-dark - Espresso or Slow drip. Immediately upon opening the package, the aroma filled the air with a fresh, warm, chocolate, sweet scent, as if someone was lathering scented hydrating lotion and brings a smile to your face. The taste profile is exactly what I hoped for, creamy, dark chocolate, molasses, brown sugar.
